Drumming has been a part of Michael’s life from a very young age. He began taking drum lessons at Academy of Sound in 2012 and has now come full circle, teaching and sharing his passion for music at the same place where his musical journey began.

Throughout his musical career, Michael has performed in a wide variety of percussion, jazz, orchestral, and marching ensembles. These experiences have given him a diverse range of playing styles and musical knowledge, allowing him to bring an exciting and well-rounded approach to teaching.

Michael is passionate about helping students develop their skills as drummers while also helping them build a lifelong passion for music. He strives to create a positive and encouraging learning environment where students can discover their own musical style and enjoy the process of becoming well-rounded drummer.
